Do I need to book?

Walk-ins are always welcome, though we recommend booking ahead to make sure you don’t miss out. We’ll always do our best to fit you in.

How can I pay?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayWave, EFTPOS. Sorry we don’t take cash.

Are you dog friendly?

YES, we’re dog-friendly! As long as your pup’s calm and comfortable, they’re welcome to join you. Service animals are always welcome too.

What happens if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We know things come up! You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel up to 8 hours before your appointment, free of charge. Inside 8 hours, a fee may apply.

First time at Dudley’s? Arrive 5 minutes early so we can get you comfortable.

If you’re running late, call +64 22 465 5175 - and we’ll do what we can.

Do you have HEMA and TPO free gel? 

Yes, all of our gels are HEMA and TPO free!

How does Dudley’s ensure hygiene?

Every tool and surface is sanitised between each client, and we follow strict hygiene standards to make sure your appointment is not only enjoyable but completely safe.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Every product we use at Dudleys - from polish to prep - is cruelty-free. We care about great nails, not cutting corners.

Why don’t you offer acrylics?

We’ve chosen not to offer acrylics because we’re all about healthier, more modern nail options.

Instead, we use Builder Gel (BIAB), Soft Gel extensions, and Polygel - all of which give the same strength and length as acrylics, but with less damage to your natural nails.

It’s better for your nails, better for our team, and better overall. If you’re not sure which service is right for you, our team can help you choose when you book.

Is there a guarantee for my manicure?

Absolutely. We stand by our work - if your gel manicure chips or lifts within 7 days, we’ll fix it for free. Just reach out and we’ll get you sorted.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes! Dudley’s gift cards make the perfect treat - for birthdays, thank-yous, or just because. You can grab one in-store or buy one online.

They have no expiry and can be used on both nail services and drinks.

Can I host an event or private booking at Dudley’s?

Definitely. Dudley’s is made for good times - from birthdays and bridal parties to team events and product launches.

What if I have a medical condition or allergy?

Please let us know when booking or prior to your appointment if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs - we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
